About us: Swiss Pilates & Yoga Fit for Life offers high standard yoga and pilates classes in small groups a well as private and semi-private sessions. We also offer a high level Pilates instructor training that lasts one year and that enables you to create effective programs for individual postural types. Our objective is to help our clients to reach their goals.

Swiss Pilates & Yoga Fit for Life offers complete training programs for Yoga and Pilates based on profound knowledge of anatomy, pathology and postural integration.

Today’s society is becoming more and more sedentary, our diets more and more rich, and for most people, physical activity is limited. This life style can cause muscle weakness, bad posture and even back pain.

Swiss Pilates & Yoga Fit for Life offers a specific practice that focuses on working from the inside out, working stabilising as well as mobilising muscles. Muscles lengthen and gain tonicity, the body is strengthened in a balanced and harmonious way that also stimulates mental relaxation.
